Hot or iced? The recipe for the perfect latte
Step 1: Drop 1 spoon of Matcha/of Hojicha or 2 spoons of Ube in a bowl.
Step 2: Add a little hot water and whisk.
Step 3: Add a little hot water again and whisk until light foam.
Step 4: Pour it milk of your choice in a cup.
Step 5: Add the whipped mixture, mix… it’s ready
The frozen twist: Place a few ice cubes in your glass before pouring in the milk then the whipped mixture. Mix and enjoy your cold latte!
