Hibiscus flower, a thirst-quenching delight for a refreshing herbal tea

Hibiscus is a deliciously fragrant plant native to Guinea. In an iced infusion, hibiscus flowers reveal their irresistible tangy taste. They are part of the composition of a drink to be enjoyed throughout the day, to hydrate with delight!

To prepare two cups of refreshing herbal tea homemade hibiscus base, you need:

  • A teaspoon of dried hibiscus flowers
  • Three teaspoons of rosemary
  • 400 ml of water
  1. Heat the water until simmering.
  2. Place the rosemary and hibiscus flowers in a filter.
  3. Pour the water into the filter containing the dried plants.
  4. Leave to infuse for ten minutes.
  5. Cover the mixture and place it in the refrigerator overnight.
  6. It's ready!

Use your iced herbal tea as you wish:

For more flavor, you can add a little lemon juice, sugar or mint leaves to your herbal tea.

Elderflowers, a concentrate of perfume in a refreshing herbal tea

The elderberry is a tree native to central Europe, particularly appreciating areas with a temperate climate. In spring, when flowering, the flowers bloom in delicate little white clusters. They release a very pleasant floral scent, to be enjoyed as an infusion during the summer period.

  • 2 tablespoons dried elderflower
  • 400 ml of water
  1. Boil the water.
  2. Pour in the dried elderflowers.
  3. Remove from heat and let steep for ten minutes.
  4. Filter the preparation.
  5. Cover your drink and place it in the refrigerator overnight.
  6. You can taste!

Enhance the taste of your iced herbal tea:

The iced elderflower infusion goes wonderfully with honey, slices of fresh ginger or lemon juice.

Anise, the star of summer to quench your thirst with a refreshing herbal tea

The irresistible and unique taste of anise immediately transports you to the sun of Provence. The emblematic little seed of the Mediterranean basin is a perfect ally for your summer iced infusions. Particularly thirst-quenching, anise can be consumed without moderation at any time of the day.

To prepare a refreshing herbal tea with anise, for two cups, you need:

  • 5 grams of anise seeds
  • 400 ml of water
  1. Crush the anise seeds in a mortar.
  2. Boil water.
  3. When boiling, pour in the anise and remove from the heat.
  4. Leave to infuse for five to ten minutes.
  5. Filter the mixture, cover and place in the refrigerator overnight.
  6. It's time to enjoy!
