In summary: Bubble Tea AquaExotica (hibiscus, mango, dragon fruit) for 4 glasses: 200 ml of water, 2 tbsp of infusion, 180 ml of coconut milk, homemade vanilla syrup, ½ mango, 100 g of pineapple, 40 g of tapioca pearls, ice cubes. Cook the tapioca for 30 minutes, infuse for 5 minutes, prepare the syrup for 15 minutes, mix mango-pineapple-coconut, then combine pearls, ice cubes, fruity mixture and infusion. Summer freshness ready in 15 minutes.

To achieve this Bubble Tea, we use our organic infusion AquaExotica with hibiscus and exotic flavors of mango and dragon fruit! A sip of this organic infusion and you are already far, very far.

Ingredients for 4 glasses of Bubble Tea :

  • 20cL of water
  • 2 tbsp of our organic infusion AquaExotica Kusmi Tea
  • 180 mL coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp of vanilla syrup: (60 mL of water + 60g of sugar + 1 tsp of vanilla powder)
  • 1/2 mango
  • 100g pineapple
  • 40g tapioca pearls
  • Ice cubes

Preparation of a Bubble Tea at theAquaExotica

1. Start by cooking the tapioca pearls in boiling water for 30 minutes. Drain them and rinse them with cold water.

2. Infuse the organic herbal tea AquaExotica in boiling water for 5 minutes.

3. Make it happen vanilla syrup : boil the water and sugar with the vanilla powder over low heat for 15 minutes. Reserve.

4. Mix it mango with pineapple and coconut milk. Add the syrup then reserve.

5. Divide the tapioca pearls among the glasses, add ice cubes, then the mango/pineapple/coconut mixture, and finally add thebrew.
