Kusmi Tea International delivers all orders placed on the Kusmi Tea website (https://www.kusmitea.com) to the countries listed below.
All prices reflect the minimum shipping rates for Colissimo and DHL and may vary depending on weight and destination country.
All destination countries can be delivered using up to 4 different shipping methods (depending on the country): Standard and Express, Pick-up Point, and Click & Collect.
Delivery methods
Standard delivery:
Standard delivery is handled by Colissimo. Shipping costs vary according to the destination country, with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 working days.
We offer free standard delivery on orders over a qualifying spend, which also depends on the destination country.
Express delivery:
Express delivery is handled by DHL. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country, with an estimated delivery time of 1 to 2 working days.
Pick-up point delivery:
Pick-up point delivery is available via Colissimo and Mondial Relay. Rates vary depending on the destination country, with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 working days.

Click & Collect
Click & Collect delivery is free of charge with a delivery time of 4 working days, subject to in-store availability. Click & Collect allows you to place an order online and collect your items from one of our Kusmi Tea boutiques in France within 2 hours to 4 working days, with no delivery fees. Delivery restrictions
Deliveries cannot be made to countries not listed in the table below.
Any order delivered outside mainland France may be subject to local taxes and customs duties, which are entirely at the customer’s expense. Customs fees may be requested by the courier upon delivery. Any such customs duties and taxes associated with the delivery of an item are your responsibility.
Under no circumstances shall ORIENTIS GOURMET be liable for any additional costs related to the delivery of the order beyond the shipping and handling charges described and invoiced when completing your order on the site.
Returns & right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article 6 of our Terms and Conditions of Sale, you have 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. Regarding the refund of the product(s) included in your return, we will make every effort to ensure this is processed within the 14 (fourteen) days stipulated in our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
