Tsarevna: for lovers of Christmassy black tea
Tsarevna is our infamous Christmas classic. The daughter, sister or wife of a Tsar, Tsarevna perfectly embodies our Russian heritage. Try this organic recipe as loose-leaf tea or in teabags: it's a limited edition for the Christmas period. Savour the delicious blend of cinnamon black tea with notes of ginger, cardamom, orange peel and liquorice. For best results, leave Tsarevna to infuse for 4 minutes in water at 90 degrees, and then enjoy!

Imperial Label: for a spicy green tea that lives up to its name
Continuing with the Russian heritage theme, discover the emperor's tea. Imperial Label is the tea of choice for a spicy flavour. Imagine looking out at the snow coming down on the palace square, while you're cosy inside with the emperor's party in full swing! Try a cup of hot tea and discover the wild combination of cinnamon (of course), aniseed, liquorice, ginger, cardamom...and delicious orange peel. All this is underpinned by organic green tea to create a combination of "citrus and spice" flavours. Infuse for 3-4 minutes at 80 degrees for a delicious and comforting cuppa.

Glogg: for a comforting infusion from the north
Do you love all the magic of a Scandinavian Christmas? If so, choose Glogg. With this organic infusion, we revisit traditional Scandinavian mulled wine. Try this tea based on spices (including our dear friend cinnamon) and grapes (for that winey taste), carefully accompanied by hibiscus, lemon peel, blackcurrant and liquorice. Leave to infuse for 5 minutes at 95 degrees. Share with loved ones by the fireside. And if you enjoy it so much you want to have it a new way, turn it into an iced drink.
