Time to prepare the Chai Latte
First of all, know that there is no fixed recipe for Chai Latte. Everyone adapts it according to their tastes. Traditionally, chai is often very sweet, or even very, very sweet. A little sugar can enhance the taste of certain spices so have fun if you like very spicy mixtures.
The essential ingredients for your Chai latte recipe
- 2 spoons of your favorite spice mix. Tchaï of the Tiger, Kashmir Tchai or even Prince Wladimir
- 1L of water
- 1 teaspoon of honey or agave syrup
- 10cl of Milk
- 1 pinch of cinnamon or other spice of your choice

Step 1: brew your spiced teaOnce you have chosen your spiced black tea, boil some water and pour it up to a third of your cup to steep the tea. Leave to infuse for a longer or shorter time, depending on your taste. Our recommendation: 3 to 4 minutes to reveal all the aromas of black tea!
Step 2: heat and froth the milk
Put the milk in a saucepan and heat over low heat to prevent it from burning. Once it starts to steam, turn off the heat. To obtain a creamy foam, you can use a milk frother, a commercially available tool.
Step 3: pour in the milk
In the cup containing your tea, add the milk little by little until it is almost full. The trick is to pour by tilting the pan to retain the foam! Once the milk is added, place the remaining foam on top of your mixture.
Step 4: pimp your latte
Let your creativity speak and decorate your tea latte. A touch of turmeric, a rim of the cup sprinkled with cocoa or even a cinnamon stick placed on a corner of the cup. For those with a sweet tooth, add a touch of honey.
