All prices refer to the minimum cost of Colissimo and DHL, they may vary depending on weight and country.
All delivered countries can be shipped using 4 different shipping methods (depending on the country): Standard and Express, Point Relais and Click & Collect.

Standard delivery:
Standard delivery is provided by Colissimo. Fees vary depending on the country of destination, with an estimated delivery time between 3 and 5 working days.
We offer standard delivery above a certain amount, which also depends on the country of delivery.
Express delivery:
Express delivery is provided by DHL. Costs vary depending on the country of destination, with an estimated delivery time between 1 and 2 working days.
Delivery to relay point:
Delivery to a relay point is offered via Colissimo and Mondial Relay. Prices depend on the country of destination, with an estimated delivery time between 3 and 5 working days.

Click & Collect
Click & Collect delivery is free with a delivery time of 4 working days depending on stock in store. Click & Collect allows you to place an order online and collect your products in one of our stores Kusmi Tea located in France, within 2 hours to 4 working days, without shipping costs. Delivery restriction
No delivery can be made to a country not listed in the table below.
Any order delivered outside mainland France may be subject to possible local taxes and customs fees at the entire expense and expense of the buyer.
