Unquestionably, Kusmi Tea is in tune with the times! In the 19th century Pavel created teas with fruits, flowers and spices to delight the taste buds of his high society clients. In the 20th century, Kusmi created gourmet blends and developed its range to appeal to those in the know who were looking for new flavors. And in recent years, Kusmi has resolutely opened up to others and oriented its action towards people and the planet. And so that no one forgets it, both inside and outside the company, we have included these values in our purpose which is stated as follows:

Kusmi Tea, it is a collective adventure carried by more than 550 employees. Committed, creative and passionate teams, all over the world: in stores, in our Normandy workshops, or at the Paris headquarters, everyone contributes to promoting our vision of tea.

At the origins of Kusmi Tea
The story of Kusmi Tea began in 1867, in Saint Petersburg, when Pavel Kousmichoff founded his tea house. Very quickly, success was achieved: Kusmi became the favorite tea of the tsars.
A new beginning
In 1917, the Russian Revolution changed the family's destiny. The workshops then moved to Avenue Niel, in Paris, marking a new stage in the adventure.
The start of a new era
In 2003, Sylvain and Claude Orebi took over the house. They saw it as a nugget and decided to give it new impetus, faithful to its heritage and resolutely focused on the future.

Kusmi Tea launches its well-being range with the famous blends Detox, BB Detox and Sweet Love.
