Practical and completely free, choose our "Click & Collect" service. Order your products online and collect your order from the shop of your choice. In-store collection times may vary from 2 hours to 4 working days depending on stock availability in the selected shop at the time of ordering.
Click & Collect, how does it work?
If you are in a hurry and do not wish to spend too much time in our shops, Click & Collect is made for you. From home, you can choose the products you wish to buy and pay directly for your order. All you have to do is come and collect it from your favourite shop in metropolitan France.*

Browse the website www.kusmitea.com to find your favourite organic teas and herbal teas eligible for Click & Collect
2. I choose my collection shop
After confirming your basket, select "Click & Collect" from the available delivery methods. Then choose the shop where you would like to collect your order.

3. I collect my order
After receiving the message informing you that your order is ready, you can go with your ID to the previously selected shop to collect it.
Simple, quick and free!
It is very simple! After confirming your basket, you can choose the "Click & Collect" delivery method. Log in or create an account to choose the nearest shop*.
Two options are then available:
In-store collection available within 2 hours, if your entire order is in stock at the chosen shop. In-store collection is free!
Delivery to shop within 1 to 4 working days, if one or more products in your order are out of stock at the chosen shop. And it is completely free!
