A tip: prepare your glasses, you will want to try this cocktail.
Everything you need to know about the Bellini: a little history...
Yes, we’re not hiding anything from you: our organic white tea with voluptuously fruity flavors named White Bellini obviously takes its inspiration from Bellini, one of the best-known Italian cocktails in the world, imagined at the end of the 1940s.

Let's not beat around the bush, even if they all lead to Rome, the Bellini is the iconic cocktail of the majestic city of Venice, a must offered and consumed in the city's most chic establishments. Seventy years after its creation in the city of gondolas, the Bellini cocktail is still so appreciated and often declined. The Bellini cocktail is often consumed at brunch time, to refresh our summer days, but also to accompany us throughout your evenings.
We owe the creation of this cocktail to the bartender Giuseppe Cipriani, owner of the prestigious Harry’s Bar in Venice, who gave it the name “Bellini” because its pink color reminded him of the dress of a Saint in a painting by the painter Giovanni Bellini.
What is Bellini?
Composed of prosecco (Italian champagne) and nectar of peaches, preferably white, the Bellini reminds us of summer and takes us on a journey. Allora grazie chi? Grazie Giuseppe! (So thank you who? Thank you Giuseppe!)
How to make a delicious homemade Bellini cocktail?
Step 1: Take a glass of some sort and crush a fishing white puree until you obtain a liquid puree called “nectar”
Step 2: Add a splash of sugar syrup
Step 3: Then leave the mixture in the fridge for around 2 hours until it is as fresh as required.
Step 4: Then pour the nectar into a chilled glass and top with chilled prosecco (or champagne).
Step 5: Stir gently and serve in a pretty champagne glass (or flute). Happy tasting!
But be careful, Bellini should be consumed in moderation. If you ever want to abuse it, we have a ready-made solution: opt for our White Bellini organic white tea...We're not hiding anything from you: at Kusmi, it's Bellini cocktail every day except that ours is obviously alcohol-free.
