For this recipe, you will need:
- 1 litre of water heated to 80° C. Visit our tea accessories category to find the kettle of your dreams.
- 2 teaspoons of White Bellini tea
- 1 teaspoon of cardamom seeds
- 2 teaspoons of honey
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
The recipe for this alcohol-free cocktail made from organic white tea:
First step and not the least: infuse your organic White Bellini white tea for 3 minutes in water at 80° C.
Those in a hurry will be happy read it again: the infusion time for white tea is lower at just 3 minutes. Very delicate, white tea does not need to infuse for too long.
Using a mortar, crush the cardamom seeds.
Place the cardamom seeds in a tea bag with the tea.
Place in an iced tea carafe and add the water.
Add honey and rosemary, allow to steep for 5 minutes.
Remove the tea bag. Serve in a champagne glass, garnish with a lemon zest and a sprig of rosemary.
