Ingredients

Slim Ritual:
Green tea* and green tea extract* (94%), mate*, natural cherry and strawberry flavors, coating agent: carrageenans of plant origin; pea protein.

Green tea extract supports weight management.
Kusmi Tea recommends drinking 3 x 2 g of infused blend with 3 cups (3 x 200 ml) of water per day as part of a healthy lifestyle and a varied, balanced diet.
Average nutrient values per 100 ml of tea** : Energy value : 0 kJ / 0 kcal. Contains negligible amounts of fat, saturated fatty acids, carbohydrates, sugar, protein and salt. Tea extract and tea leaves: 5,83g of leaf equivalent for 3 x 2 g of blend. Of which EGCG for 2 g of blend: 64mg. **For 2 g of blend infused for 3 minutes in 200 ml of 80°C water.
Should not be consumed by pregnant or lactating women and children below 18 years old. Do not consume more than 800 mg of EGCG per day. Do not consume more than 6 cups per day.

Sleep Ritual:

Lemon balm extract contributes to a good and calm sleep.
Kusmi Tea recommends drinking 2 cups (2 x 200 ml) per day as part of a healthy lifestyle and a varied, balanced diet.
