A small production site in France
Our production team carefully plans each day ahead. Depending on the heritage blend they are going to prepare, they request the various ingredients from the warehouse, located just 200 m away.
On some days, they mainly prepare loose-leaf tea; at other times, they produce tea bags. However, the method is always the same: ingredients are transported from the warehouse to the various rooms at the production site. They are then weighed before our experts follow one of our blend “recipes”, then packaged by state-of-the-art machines, with staff adding the final touches to the packaging by hand.
Our production site consists of seven rooms, each dedicated to making specific products, including loose-leaf blends, tea bags, tins and gift sets. Each room is named after one of our teas!
From Normandy to the world
Our teas then undergo another quality-control process and are stored in our warehouse, where they await the next stage of their journey. Their final stop before reaching your teacup is one of our 110 shops or partner retail outlets. A large part of our facilities is dedicated to online orders. Although robots are used to select products, every parcel is prepared, checked and completed to the highest standards by a member of staff before being dispatched wherever you are in the world.
