The info you need

Before 1875, the Chinese province of Anhui only produced green tea. That was until one of the inhabitants decided to travel to other provinces and learned how to grow black tea. They returned to their native Qimen County and put their new talents to work. Their black tea was such as success that Keemun tea (named after the colonial-era English name for Qimen) shot to fame and was enjoyed in China and beyond.
