What is the Kusmiklub and what are its benefits?

The Kusmiklub is Kusmi Tea's free loyalty program.
If you become a member of the Kusmiklub, you can collect points with every purchase. (1€ spent = 1 point collected), and convert these points into shopping vouchers (70 points = a shopping voucher of 5€).
To discover your benefits, log in to your customer account and go to your Kusmiklub area.
CUMULATED POINTS: 1€ for every purchase = 1 point.
70 points = a voucher for €5.

How do I receive the vouchers?

After joining the Kusmiklub, you can collect 1 point for every euro you spend on the website or in one of our boutiques.
Every 70 points you will receive a loyalty voucher worth €5, valid for 3 months from the date of receipt.
You will receive the voucher one day after you have reached 70 points with your purchase. You will receive confirmation of the voucher by e-mail. Your loyalty voucher can be redeemed on the website and in our boutiques as soon as it is issued.

What is the Premium benefit?

From 350 points collected during the year or all at once, you will receive a gift set (Discover Kusmi or Kusmi Herbal teas), which you can obtain in a boutique or on our website. You must be logged into your customer account on the website in order to claim your gift. It will be offered to you automatically in the shopping cart.

How can I redeem my points?

Once you have reached 70 points, they will be converted into a loyalty voucher worth €5, valid for three months from the date of issue. If you have collected 140 points at once, you will immediately receive a shopping voucher worth €10.
The voucher will be issued on T+1 and you will receive confirmation by e-mail.
Your loyalty voucher can be redeemed on the website and in our boutiques as soon as it is issued.
Your loyalty vouchers can be used directly on the “Shopping cart” page of the website after you have logged in at www.kusmitea.com/de/ (by entering your e-mail address and password).

How can I collect points and benefit from shopping vouchers?

Once you have become a member of the free Kusmiklub, you can collect one point for every euro you spend on the website or in one of our stores.
You can use the points to receive loyalty vouchers. You will receive a loyalty voucher worth €5 every 70 points.
Example: You collected 40 points on your first purchase, then you make a second purchase where you collect another 45 points. Your points balance is now 85 points. You receive a voucher for €5 (for 70 points) and your remaining points balance is 15 points.
The points are valid for 12 months from the last purchase made with customer identification, unless they are converted into a voucher (all 70 points).
Note: When using a loyalty voucher, you do not earn points on the amount deducted with the voucher (example: I make a purchase of €45 and use a voucher for €5, i.e. a total amount paid of €40: I will be credited with 40 points).

How long are the points valid for?

The points are valid for 12 months from the last purchase made with identification via the customer's loyalty account, unless they are converted into a voucher (all 70 points). If they are converted into a voucher, the validity period of the voucher is 3 months from the date of issue. The remaining points are valid for 12 months.
If you have not made a purchase after 12 months, the points will expire and your points balance will automatically be reset to 0.

Can I collect points when I make purchases in Kusmi Tea boutiques abroad?

Yes, in some countries. The Kusmiklub is valid in France, Germany, Austria and the USA.

I have made a purchase on your website, but the corresponding points for my order do not appear in my points balance. What can I do?

The points for your order (1€ = 1 point) are automatically added to your Kusmiklub account after the order has been shipped.

How do I get my Premium benefit?

From 350 points per year, you will receive a gift set of Kusmi Herbal Teas Bio or a Discover Kusmi Bio, at your choice and subject to stock availability. You must be logged into your customer account online to select your gift. The receipt of your gift is not linked to a purchase (My account > Access to Kusmiklub > Discover gifts). Once selected, all you have to do is place the order

How can I log in to the Kusmiklub?

You can log in to Kusmiklub via your personal account by going to the Kusmiklub area (click on my account and then on Kusmiklub login). You can also sign up for the Kusmiklub when you place an order online (before you confirm the order so that you receive points).

What happens to my points if the program is changed?

We recommend that you use your points if you have any, as your points will expire after April 28. They will not be converted to the new program.
