In Southeast China, a specific skill has been passed down through the generations for more than a century. The locals meticulously shape organic Chinese green tea into delicate little pearls ready to be infused. The silver-hued buds of this organic, plain green tea are flavored with freshly picked petals of jasmine. They are then individually rolled into gorgeous little pearls. A truly artistic endeavor!
Jasmine Jade Pearls are a symbol of sophistication and are quite astonishing. They can be infused, not only once or twice, but up to five or six times for a total of 20 minutes! With each infusion, they reveal a little more of their intense jasmine notes. We personally recommend using a big enough infuser to enable the leaves to unravel before you enjoy the full flavors.
