ORIENTIS GOURMET directly and indirectly creates and markets products under the brand name KUSMI TEA and related accessories.
The present terms and conditions of membership of the "KusmiKlub "(hereinafter referred to as the "General Terms and Conditions of Membership"). set the terms and conditions for membership and operation of the loyalty program". KusmiKlub ». Membership of the program implies full knowledge and acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Membership.
The fact that ORIENTIS GOURMET does not avail itself at a given time of any of the clauses of the General Terms and Conditions of Membership may in no case be interpreted as a waiver of the right to avail itself of any of the said clauses at a later date.
You acknowledge that these Terms and Conditions of Membership constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between you and ORIENTIS GOURMET with respect to your registration for the loyalty program " KusmiKlub » and its use.
The loyalty program " KusmiKlub (hereinafter referred to as the "Program" or the "Program"). KusmiKlub ") allows its members (hereinafter the "Member(s)") to benefit from various exclusive advantages offered by ORIENTIS GOURMET.
The program applies to stores with KUSMI TEA located in mainland France (excluding corners and department stores) in Belgium and Luxembourg (hereinafter referred to as the "Boutiques")and on the website accessible at the following address www.kusmitea.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").
2. Program terms and conditions
Membership conditions KusmiKlub
Joining the Program is free of charge and takes place exclusively in Boutiques and on the Site.
Only one membership per person will be taken into account. Membership is strictly personal; only the Member who has joined the KusmiKlub will benefit from the advantages described below. Use by any other person is forbidden and will not be accepted when presented at the cash desk.
Only natural persons of legal age may join the Program. You guarantee the accuracy of all information provided and will be solely responsible for any erroneous, incomplete or obsolete information.
As the Program is completely dematerialized, no physical support will be given to you.
Customers benefiting from partner discounts or discounts for professional purposes (including employees of the ORIENTIS group) will not be able to benefit from the advantages of the Program.
How to join KusmiKlub
1. Store visit
To join the Program, you can contact your cashier directly and tell him or her the following minimum mandatory information:

You will also be asked to provide the following information, if you wish:
- Civility
- Postal address
- Postal code
- City
- Country
- Cell phone number
- Date of birth
2. On Site
You can join the ProgramYou can register at any time by clicking on "Register" on the "Loyalty Program" page accessible from the footer of the Site and completing the form with the following minimum mandatory information:
- First name
- Name
- Email address
You will also be asked to provide the following information, if you wish:
- Cell phone number
- Date of birth
All you have to do is accept the General Terms and Conditions of Membership and the Terms and Conditions of Sale. Privacy policy [NB1] by ticking the appropriate box, then click on the "Register" button.
Once you have filled in the required information, your membership to the Program will be validated and you will have access to your personalized area (hereinafter the "Loyalty Area") accessible on the Site.
This action constitutes registration for the Program and entitles you to the associated benefits. By validating your registration, you acknowledge having read and accepted the General Terms and Conditions of Membership. In accordance with Privacy policy[NB2] , you can also choose to receive commercial offers and news from Kusmi Tea by email and/or SMS.
3. Points acquisition
Every time you buy a product KUSMI TEA in the Shop or on the Site, you earn points according to the following scale:

Points are awarded per euro/dollar/Swiss franc spent, with any fraction of a euro/dollar/Swiss franc rounded up to the nearest euro/dollar/Swiss franc.
To do this, all you have to do is enter your first and last name at the checkout. For purchases made on the Site, the amount of your purchases, including shipping costs, will be automatically converted into points which will be credited to your loyalty account.
Points are acquired with the first order after registration in the Program and accumulated with each order. Points are valid for one (1) year from the date they were acquired. In the event of exchange or refund of a product, the number of points linked to the purchase of this product will be deducted from your points balance. Under no circumstances may points be transferred or exchanged for cash.
You can freely consult the number of points accumulated, as well as the number of points remaining to be accumulated before obtaining your next voucher (the terms and conditions of which are detailed in article 4 below) directly via your Loyalty Area or on request in the Shop.
4. Purchase vouchers
Your points will be automatically converted into one or more vouchers. When a certain number of points has been accumulated, a voucher is automatically credited to your Loyalty Area and you will be informed by e-mail. This voucher will be available the day after it is obtained and will be valid for three (3) months from the date it is available in your Loyalty Area.
Redemption levels and voucher amounts vary according to the currency of the Site:

Vouchers allow you to pay for your purchases at Stores and on the Site, excluding the purchase of gift cards and e-cards (the terms and conditions of which are described in article 12 of our Terms and Conditions). Conditions Générales de Vente[NB3] ) and exclude shipping costs. Vouchers are nominative, non-transferable, non-splittable (single use) and non-convertible (cash, gift cards, etc.). Vouchers may be accumulated.
In the event of a purchase of less than the amount of the voucher, no change or credit will be given. Payment by voucher(s) may be supplemented by any other means of payment (gift card or e-gift card, cash, bank card).
5. Premium advantage
Every time you reach a point level in your Loyalty Area over a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, you'll receive a free gift box. Kusmi Tea of 45 bags. You will then be informed by email.
The applicable point levels vary according to the currency of the Site:

In the Boutique, you can pick up either the Kusmi découverte bio gift set or the Infusions bio gift set at the checkout, while stocks last, provided you have made a purchase (with no minimum amount).
On the Site, you can add the Kusmi Découverte bio gift set to your order, while stocks last, free of charge by making a purchase (with no minimum amount), by logging into your customer account.
If you do not pick up the box within ninety (90) days, all your points will automatically be reset to zero. If you do collect the box within the time limit, your points balance will be equal to the points balance not used to obtain the box, plus the points acquired from the purchase made at the time of collection.
6. Birthday gifts
Provided you have entered your date of birth when registering for the Program or in your Loyalty Area, the following offer will be sent to you on your birthday by email (hereinafter the "Birthday Email") : uone (1) tin of tea Kusmi Tea 20g offered from the selection within thirty (30) calendar days of your birthday for all purchases (excluding purchases with points). On expiry of the thirty (30) day period following receipt of the birthday email, the offer will no longer be valid and no compensation or indemnity may be claimed in this respect.
The product resulting from this offer is not exchangeable, refundable or transferable, and may not be the subject of any consideration whatsoever. In the event of unavailability, for any reason whatsoever, ORIENTIS GOURMET reserves the right to supply a similar product in the Boutique, or to send a similar product following an order placed on the Site. of its choice, without this giving rise to any compensation whatsoever.
ORIENTIS GOURMET reserves the right to modify this offer at any time, and cannot be held liable for any such modifications, nor can it be held liable for any compensation or indemnity.
7. Privilege Sale
As a member of the Kusmiklub, you will receive personalized offers and, depending on your profile, you may be invited to our special sales.
8. Fraudulent use
ORIENTIS GOURMET reserves the right to exclude the Member from the Program in the event of breach of the General Membership Conditions by the Member. Exclusion entails the immediate loss of all benefits acquired under the Program, without any compensation or indemnity.
9. Program modification and deletion
ORIENTIS GOURMET reserves the right, at any time :
- Or to modify the terms and conditions of these General Terms and Conditions of Membership, the new provisions being enforceable against the Member as soon as they are posted on the Site. In the absence of any objection by the Member, the modifications shall be deemed to have been accepted without reservation. In the event of disagreement, the Member retains the right to unsubscribe from the Program at any time, resulting in the loss of acquired benefits.
- Or to terminate the Program. In the event of definitive termination of the Program, the Member will be informed and will have no recourse whatsoever against ORIENTIS GOURMET.
10. Unsubscribe
You can unsubscribe from the Program at any time by simply requesting it in the Boutique or by sending your request to the following e-mail address: contactfr@kusmitea.com.
Once you have unsubscribed, if your points have not been used, they will be permanently lost. You may not claim any compensation or indemnity of any kind.
