The info you need

Kusmi Tea gives you the recipe for preparing a delicious matcha according to the traditional method.

1.       Pour 2-4 spatulas of matcha into a bowl.

2.       Add mineral water heated to 80°C / 175°F

3.       Whisk vigorously by making a “W” shape

4.   When the mixture is smooth and a layer of foam appears on the top, enjoy on its own or sweetened!
