Ingredients

Memory Ritual:
Green tea* (78%), mate* (14%), ginseng extract* (5%), natural lemon flavor*, natural bergamot flavor, coating agent: acacia gum* of plant origin.
*Organically grown ingredients

Ginseng extract supports brain and memory performance.
Kusmi Tea recommends drinking 3 x 2 g of infused blend with 3 cups of water per day as part of a healthy lifestyle and a varied, balanced diet.
Average nutrient values per 100ml of tea**: Energy value : 0 kJ / 0 kcal. Contains negligible amounts of fat, saturated fatty acids, carbohydrates, sugar, protein and salt. Ginseng extract: 1,26 g of ginseng root equivalent for 3x2 g of blend. **For 2g of blend infused for 3 minutes in 200 ml of 85°C water.
Not recommended for children or for adolescents under the age of 18. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Sleep Ritual:
Rooibos* (70%), lemon balm extract* (17%), lemon balm* (4%), verbena* (4%), natural mango flavor (4%), coating agent : acacia gum* of plant origin, natural verbena flavor. *Organically grown ingredients

Lemon balm extract contributes to a good and calm sleep.
Kusmi Tea recommends drinking 2 cups (2 x 200 ml) per day as part of a healthy lifestyle and a varied, balanced diet.
Average nutrient values per 100 ml of tea** : Energy value : 0 kJ-0 Kcal/ Salt : 0.04 g/ Contains negligible amounts of fat, saturated fatty acids, carbohydrates, sugar and protein/ Lemon balm extract and lemon balm leaves : 3.46 g of leaf equivalent for 4g of blend.
**For 2 g of blend infused for 5 minutes in 200 ml of 90°C water.
