Kusmi Tea empfiehlt, im Rahmen einer gesunden Lebensweise und einer ausgewogenen und abwechslungsreichen Ernährung täglich 1 Tasse der Zubereitung zu trinken, d. h. 2 g aufgebrühte Mischung pro Tag.
