Zucchini cream with Green Zoubrovka From the book « Du thé plein la Toque »

Ingrédients
15 g (3 tablespoons) of Green Zoubrovka
1 liter (4 cups) of water
1 kg of zucchinis
50g of creamcheese
Method
A Before
Infuse tea in 200 ml (3/4 cup) in boiling water removed from the heat for 5 minutes then filter.
Cut the zucchinis in slices, put them in a pan, add 800 ml of water (3 _ cups) and bring to the boil. Season and cook for 15 minutes.
Before serving
Add the creamcheese and mix the whole in a blender. Add the infused tea in the soup, stir and serve.
