Cake with Sencha green tea

For 4 people
 
Preparation time : 10 minutes
Cooking time :  45 minutes

Ingredients

  - 120 g of slightly salted butter
- 100 g of sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 150 g of flour
- 1 sachet of yeast
- 50 g of milk
- 2 level teaspoons of Sencha green tea

Method
Preheat the oven to 170°C. Take the butter and eggs out of the fridge.
Cream the butter and sugar in a bowl, until the mixture turns paler.
Add the beaten eggs and mix.
Sieve the flour and yeast into the preparation, then add the tea and the milk, and blend to a really smooth mixture.
Pour this mixture into a buttered tin.
Bake in a preheated oven for 40 - 50 minutes, depending on the oven.
