Tea ice cream
For 4 people
 
Preparation time : 10 minutes
Cooking time : 10 minutes

Ingredients
  - 0.6 litres of milk
- 150 ml of cream
- 100 g of caster sugar 		- 30 g of caster sugar
- 30 g of honey
- 25 g of Prince Vladimir tea

Method
Heat the milk and the cream. Infuse the tea in the milk and cream for 4 minutes, then strain. 
Next add the honey, then the caster sugar.  Allow to cool and leave to rest for 24 hours. Churn in an ice cream maker. 
If you don't have an ice cream maker, you can freeze this mixture in ice cube trays and put the slightly defrosted cubes in a blender just before you serve, for an instant ice cream.
