There are several mint species: spearmint, also called Nanah, is cultivated in Morroco and peppermint is recognizable by its lightly spicy taste, chosen by Kusmi for this infusion.
Coming from the Mediterranean area, mint was already used in the Antiquity. Thirst-quenching, used as a digestive aid, rich in antioxidants, spearmint has cooling properties in little quantities but can become stimulating if used in too large quantity.
Delicious plain or sweetened, hot, or iced in summer. This refreshing infusion also aids digestion.
