This very invigorating tea is rich in vitamin C.

Green tea virtues are multiples and ancient. Non exciting, rich in antioxidants, it contains minerals, carotenoids, chlorophyll and vitamins C and E.
Used for tea ceremony in Japan, Matcha is in fact grouded Gyokuro tea.

According to the Japanese tradition, Matcha tea is directly whipped into a bowl. The liquor is light green, thick and concentrated. This tea has been recently used for cooking, either for sweet or salty dishes.
